Our health team works with private care providers, NHS trusts, central government, third sector organisations and pharmaceutical firms. We help them understand the needs of customers and patients, stakeholder opinion and demand for services.
Using research techniques such as in-depth interviews, online surveys, focus groups, ethnography and desk research, we engage customers to improve efficiency, innovate and save money. In the process, we've developed specialist skills in working with vulnerable and hard-to-reach groups.
Finding the answers
We’ve helped healthcare clients to define strategy, explore new markets and understand patients' experiences. We've helped them assess new products with potential customers – including GPs, patients and commissioners. And we've worked with them to audit customer data, test existing provision, review services against demand, and evaluate programmes.
